Job Description
Management Accountant – Permanent role
This is a hands-on, all-round finance role ideal for someone part-qualified / finalist level who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration.
The role will require you to be in the London office twice a week, three days working from home and you will report directly to the Finance Director.
The group includes four entities—UK (primary), US, Singapore and Dubai.
Duties will include
• Preparing monthly consolidated group management accounts
• Support month-end processes including reconciliations and reporting
• Manage timesheet entries and ensure accurate tracking
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Handle invoicing and apply correct VAT treatment on sales invoices
• Respond to finance-related queries and support internal teams
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across financial documentation
About you
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of VAT on sales invoices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
