Equifind are representing a leading Insurance firm based in Liverpool Street, London, who are looking to hire a Talent & Development Partner. This is a highly visible role focused on shaping and delivering the organisation’s talent and development strategy, with a strong emphasis on leadership capability, succession planning, performance management, and high-potential talent programmes.

The role will partner closely with senior stakeholders and HR leadership to design and embed impactful leadership development initiatives, drive talent review and succession processes, strengthen internal mobility frameworks, and support long-term workforce capability. There is also a strong focus on using talent data and insight to inform decision-making, enhance performance frameworks and improve organisational effectiveness.
