Equifind is partnering with a scaling hospitality business looking for a Snr. FP&A Analyst. The role will be responsible for leading business partnering across key functions and owning the organisation’s budgeting and forecasting processes. Operating within a lean finance team, the role also supports core financial control and reporting activities across both operational sites and central functions. It requires a balance of commercial insight, analytical capability, and hands‑on execution. Reporting into the CFO, the key responsibilities are:

  • Act as a finance business partner to key areas of the business
  • Lead regular performance review meetings and deliver ad hoc analysis to support decision-making
  • Communicate budgets to stakeholders and monitor performance against targets
  • Own weekly KPI and flash reporting, ensuring timely visibility of business performance
  • Identify and support efficiency initiatives and cost optimisation projects
  • Manage the annual budgeting process, long‑term planning, and periodic reforecasts
  • Coordinate inputs across finance and wider business teams
  • Deliver monthly variance analysis, providing insight to improve forecast accuracy
  • Promote accountability by linking financial performance to operational outcomes
  • Lead monthly financial reporting for operational sites and central departments
  • Contribute to the month‑end close process, including areas such as inventory, accruals, prepayments, and cost allocations
  • Support ongoing improvements to financial processes and internal controls, particularly within business partnering areas
