Equifind are working alongside a prestigious corporate finance business based in London who are looking to add a Senior Finance Associate to the team through organic growth. They focus on assisting businesses across the UK and Europe who are looking to fundraise through institutional investors, and they do this by building out financial models, pitch decks, working with management and helping with revenue drivers to go out to market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building financial models
- Supporting with debt and equity raises
- Due diligence
- Identifying industry trends
- Producing five-year financial plans for these businesses
Experience required:
- ACA/ICAEW or ICAS trained auditor
- 1-2 years M&A/transaction services or corporate finance experience post qualified
- Highly analytical with a great eye for detail
- Advanced use of Excel; PowerBI would be a benefit
Compensation includes:
- Flexible working arrangements (typically 2-3 days in office)
- Base salary £65,000 - £75,000 plus discretionary bonus
- 30 days annual leave – excluding bank holidays
- 1 month working abroad per year
- Further advanced financial modelling training, and continued development
