Equifind is supporting a large, multi-faceted European property investment and management platform to recruit a Fund Controller to join their London operation. Offices are based in Victoria.
This is a dynamic and broad role, where you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business - including finance, treasury, due diligence, deal execution, structuring, and reporting while working closely with the entire senior leadership team.

Key duties include:
- Overseeing fund administrators and outsourced advisors
- Responsible for overseeing the build out and delivery of efficient and robust reporting
- Managing the fund budgeting and cash forecasting process, including capital calls and distributions.
- Oversight and management of fund and advisor payments, invoices and expenses as well as oversight of financing.
- Supporting investment teams in new transactions and the onboarding of new investments
- Providing input to the operational and financial initiatives within portfolio and on-going assessment of portfolio valuations
- Contribute to key day-to-day initiatives alongside operational team
Application requirements:
- Qualified chartered accountant (preferably audit trained)
- A minimum of 4 years post-qualified experience, within a fund finance function (ideally private equity real estate)
- Strong understanding of Lux GAAP
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
