Equifind are representing a Insurance firm in Liverpool Street, who are looking to hire a HR Coordinator.

The Insurance firm is an independent Brokerage operating across a diverse portfolio of commercial and personal insurance products.

This is a great opportunity for a HR Assistant or Advisor, that would thrive in a broad position within a dynamic, fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and enthusiastic individual eager to grow within a highly respected Insurance organisation, willing to commit to being 4-days in the office per week.

The key responsibilities for the Human Resources Coordinator for the Insurance firm based in Liverpool Street will be:

  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, responding to routine questions and escalating matters where appropriate.
  • Monitor and maintain the HR inbox, trackers and shared HR records to support timely follow-up and strong team coordination.
  • Prepare standard HR documentation, including employment letters, contract variation letters, references and leaver documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, organisation charts and HR files, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate document control.
  • Support the wider HR team with meeting preparation, note taking and general HR administration.

Payroll, Benefits & Reward Administration.

Learning, Performance & Engagement.

Employee Life-Cycle & Employee Relations Support.

HR Systems, Data & Reporting.

1–2 years' experience in HR, People Operations, Recruitment or Administration, ideally within an FCA-regulated business (Financial Services or Insurance).

~ Experience with HR systems, payroll, benefits or recruitment administration is advantageous.

~ equivalent HR or business administration experience will also be considered.

Compensation

The HR Advisor working for this Insurance company based in Liverpool Street will be paid a competitive market-based salary.

~ Annual performance related bonus (discretionary).
