Equifind are representing a Consultancy based in SW London, who are looking to hire a HR Advisor. The firm boasts a leading position in the education sector globally. This is a great opportunity for a HR Assistant or Advisor, that would thrive in a broad position within a dynamic, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and enthusiastic individual eager to grow within a highly respected education organisation, willing to commit to being 3-days in the office per week. The position can start immediately so the right candidate will either be immediately available to start and interview or on a very short notice period.

The Role:

  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Manage day-to-day HR operations across the UK and US, covering employee records, contractual changes, absence, leave and leavers. Own and deliver end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, right-to-work verification, contracts, benefits enrolment and induction coordination. Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, benefits and general employment queries, escalating complex cases to the Head of HR. Maintain accurate and compliant electronic employee records and documentation at all times.
  • Payroll, Benefits & Compliance: Process and submit monthly UK payroll and bi-monthly US payroll in coordination with external payroll providers. Administer employee benefits schemes and manage day-to-day supplier relationships. Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation reports for CFO review ahead of BACS approval. Ensure compliance across all payroll and benefits processes, flagging risks or material decisions to the Head of HR and CFO ahead of approval.
  • Other Responsibilities: Policy, governance and employment law. Reporting, data and GDPR. HR systems and process improvement. Recruitment support. Health and safety. ISO and compliance support. Office administration.

Compensation: The HR Advisor working for this Consultancy company based in South West, London, will be paid a competitive market-based salary. Annual performance related bonus (discretionary). Employer pension contribution. 25-days annual leave. Medical and dental insurance. Other benefits.
