We are currently partnering with a leading private equity firm to appoint a Recruitment Associate into their high-performing People team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or recruitment administration, ideally gained within private equity, asset management, or another fast-paced financial services environment, to step into a high-profile, globally respected investment business.
This is a newly created position within the London office, offering broad exposure across the full recruitment life-cycle. You will work closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders across the investment teams, providing critical support on all aspects of recruitment operations.
- End-to-end recruitment coordination across multiple business areas
- Full ownership of Workday (or similar ATS/HRIS) administration
- Offer, contract, and onboarding coordination
- 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or recruitment administration
- Strong exposure to financial services, ideally private equity or asset management
- Confident user of Workday or a similar ATS/HRIS system
Contract: 1-year fixed term contract
