Equifind is supporting a high-growth VC-backed fintech with the hire of a Head of FP&A.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will lead financial planning, forecasting, commercial analysis and strategic decision-making across the business.
Partnering with the executive leadership team, you'll provide the financial insight needed to support growth, investment decisions and business performance.
This is a high-profile position with significant exposure to senior stakeholders, offering the opportunity to shape both the FP&A function and the wider commercial strategy.
- Lead the annual budget, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Partner with the CFO and leadership team to deliver strategic financial analysis and commercial insight.
- Develop scenario modelling, investment appraisals and business cases to support growth initiatives and fundraising.
- Own Board, investor and executive reporting, providing meaningful financial and operational insights.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to improve forecasting and reporting.
Application criteria
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Previous FP&A leadership experience within a high-growth fintech, Saa S or technology business.
- Strong commercial finance, financial modelling and business partnering skills.
- Experience working with startup or scaleup businesses in a fast paced, agile environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
