Equifind are working with a boutique real estate investment platform to find a Financial Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis. It’s an established business with an impressive track record of investments since inception with c.£3bn AUM!
Your core focus will be supporting two Financial Controllers with key deliverables including year end, management accounts, preparing SPVs then through into more commercial aspects. Alongside this you will also be managing two Assistant Accountants who are early on in their studies.
Responsibilities:- Assisting with the preparation of the year end and interim group financial statements.
- This will involve being responsible for several quarterly and ad hoc workpapers and control accounts to ensure they are up to date including but not limited to: Investment property and development ledgers including accrued interest calculations, group.
