Job Description
Equifind is working with a global private equity firm, with AUM in the multi-billions, to recruit an Investor Relations Analyst. The role is initially offered as a fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanent if it’s a good fit on both sides.
Based near the Bank of England, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives at the centre of a business, working closely with multiple teams and playing a key role in the smooth running of a highly successful private equity platform.
The hire comes at a busy time, with a major asset sale underway across the fund, so there’s real scope to take on meaningful responsibility from the get-go.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the investment team and LPs on regular fund updates.
- Delivering high-quality analysis and reporting on the fund, portfolio companies, and broader market.
- Managing and updating fund and portfolio documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Attending LPAC meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
- Supporting ODDQ processes and responding to investor due diligence requests.
- Coordinating investor communications and queries alongside the client reporting and shared services teams.
Application Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an IR role, ideally in private equity.
- Excellent report writing and able to confidently liaise with a range of stakeholders.
- Advanced-level Excel skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management experience and relationship building skills.
Salary / Rate:
The role is offering a salary in the region of £100,000. Candidates must be immediately available or on a notice period of no more than four weeks.
