Our client, a growing financial advisory organisation, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager to join their business and support the continued development of their people agenda. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys operating in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Manager will take ownership of the day‑to‑day HR function while helping to drive key people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role will cover generalist HR responsibilities including:
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Talent acquisition support
- Compensation and benefits
- Policy development
- Employee engagement
- Organisational development
The successful individual will also play a key role in ensuring HR processes, governance, and compliance frameworks are aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.
