This fast‑expanding international group is looking for an interim Head of Reporting who thrives in complex environments, enjoys untangling multi‑entity structures, and wants to make an immediate impact. In this role, you will take ownership of group‑level reporting and help elevate the finance function during a pivotal growth phase.
What you’ll be driving:
- Delivering high‑quality consolidated financial statements across a diverse, multi‑entity global group
- Reviewing and remediating historic statutory accounts under IFRS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Leading the external audit process and acting as the key liaison for auditors
- Developing a structured quarterly reporting pack for senior leadership
- Supporting the introduction and rollout of a new consolidation system
- Serving as the go‑to expert for complex accounting matters, providing guidance across the business
What you’ll bring:
- ACA qualification, ideally trained within a Big 4 firm
- Strong experience producing consolidated accounts for large, multi‑entity international groups
- Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting
- Background in hospitality, real estate or property is a real advantage
- Immediately available
