Equifind are proud to be supporting a top tier Asset Manager focused on Private Credit globally with huge growth plans to hire a Senior Financial Controller based in London by St. Pauls. The firm has a fantastic brand name, is International in focus and has multiple strategies. They have the backing, senior figures and plan in order to triple in size over the next 5 years.

The Role: As a Senior/experienced FC who will lead a small team of two persons. The team runs lean and outsources and uses technology to automate where possible. This is a strategically important hire as the business continues to experience strong levels of growth. You will oversee all financial reporting and all MI forecasting and play an important part in partnering with senior management to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial results for the corporate entities
  • Review of administrators work
  • Lead month end
  • Explain key variances and trends to senior management
  • Annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Management and development of the team
  • Management fee calculations
  • Balance sheet ownership
  • Cashflow management
  • Process improvement and automation
  • Ad hoc projects for senior management

Profile:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
  • 8-10 years PQE
  • Experience within Private Equity / Private Credit
  • Automation mindset
  • £100-125k base salary, with strong bonus potential
