Equifind is exclusively partnering with a growing technology business seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth. Backed by an ambitious acquisition strategy, the business has scaled quickly and continues to strengthen its position across international markets.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of group financial reporting, controls, and consolidation, while supporting ongoing M&A activity and post-acquisition integration. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape finance infrastructure within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for the Group Financial Controller include:

  • Lead group reporting, consolidation, and month-end close across multiple entities
  • Own statutory reporting, audit processes, and technical accounting matters
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance, and scalable processes
  • Support acquisitions including due diligence, integration, and reporting alignment
  • Act as a key business partner to the CFO and senior stakeholders
  • Manage and develop the group finance team

About You:

  • Strong experience in group reporting within a complex or acquisitive environment
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or a fast-growth business preferred
  • Confident operating in a changing, high-growth setting
