Base pay range Equifind is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join a global Real Estate Fund Manager, based near Bond Street, London. The firm is expanding, and this is a new hire driven by growth. As a result, they are recruiting a Group Accountant to support this growth. The new hire will report to the Senior Finance Manager. Take ownership of the monthly close process for all EMEA entities. Manage group consolidation and cash flow statements. Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and board reports. Assist the Finance Manager and Financial Controller with annual budget preparations. Manage service providers for tax reporting obligations. Serve as the key contact for annual financial audits across the group. Support the delivery of accurate and timely management information and business intelligence. Assist with the implementation and migration of a new GL accounting system. Participate in ad hoc projects. Key requirements: ACA/CA qualified accountant, preferably with training in practice. Minimum of 3 years\’ experience, ideally within a group function. Experience with FCA regulated businesses is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Solid understanding of financial reporting requirements. Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
