Base pay range
Equifind is proud to be partnering with a high-growth residential developer at a pivotal stage of their UK expansion. They are seeking a driven Finance Manager to help shape, scale, and elevate their finance function as they continue to grow at pace.
This is more than a back-office role, it’s a chance to sit at the heart of a fast-scaling platform, working closely with senior leaders and investors, and directly influencing the success of new projects across the UK. The role starts as an interim contract but has a defined route to permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of monthly and year-end financial reporting in Yardi
- Prepare and review management accounts, adding commercial analysis and recommendations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning cycles
- Partner with senior leaders, providing financial input on performance, strategy, and investment decisions
- Build trusted relationships with investors, lenders, and stakeholders through clear, timely reporting
- Drive process and system improvements as part of platform scale-up, maximising the use of Yardi
- Mentor and develop a small, high-performing finance team
About You
- ACA/ACCA qualified (audit background ideal)
- Strong financial reporting experience with exposure to team leadership
- Ideally hands-on experience using Yardi
- Solid knowledge of IFRS & UK GAAP
- Commercially minded, confident communicator able to influence non-finance stakeholders
