Equifind is working with a boutique financial advisory business based in Soho that is looking to add a Finance Manager to the team. With over 120 professionals in London, we are scaling rapidly and primarily target sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, private equity & venture capital, technology, and professional services.
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial reporting for a large portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts with UK GAAP & IFRS
- Ensure all monthly, quarterly and year‑end deliverables are completed to a high‑quality standard
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports, including managing performance, setting goals and ongoing training
- Onboard new clients, including preparation of proposals and engagement letters
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
Application Criteria:
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
- Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience
- Preferably trained in audit or a related financial reporting role
- Experience managing a team of at least three
