Power BI Analyst to join its Business Solutions & Data Analytics (BSDA) team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

This role will support the ongoing development of the firm’s Data Warehouse framework and play a key part in expanding data insights across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with the Data Solutions Manager and senior stakeholders across Operations, Risk & Compliance, Projects, and Front Office teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on Power BI capability, solid SQL skills, and proven experience within private wealth or wider financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, including SQL‑based data models.
  • Support and coordinate delivery across the Data Warehouse project, ensuring priorities align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a go‑to resource for Power BI and data‑related queries.
  • Promote data‑driven decision‑making and work closely with BSDA, IT and Project teams.
  • Contribute to building a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Required Skills & Experience

3+ years’ experience in BI and data warehousing within financial services (private wealth strongly preferred).

  • Advanced

Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modelling).

  • Strong

SQL and data transformation capability.

  • Experience with

CRM, portfolio management and risk monitoring systems .

  • Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
