Equifind are pleased to be working alongside a prestigious and high growth financial services business based in the City of London, that are expanding across all levels, and all operations across the globe. Since inception they now boast over 2000 staff globally with over 36 languages spoken making it an incredibly rich and diverse business.

Given the nature of a global business, you will be heading up the real estate, private wealth and corporate services division ultimately managing a team of juniors beneath you. You'll be focussing on technical accounting, analysis, working alongside tax advisors, building accounting processes and shaping the direction of accounting projects locally and globally. As a result, they are looking to bring in a Senior Accounting Manager to support this growth.

The Role:

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure all contractual commitments and client-specific performance targets are met
  • Analysing financial statements, management reports, and bookkeeping for a range of clients
  • Attending client meetings to provide expert accounting advice
  • Contributing to high-level decisions and projects within the team
  • Helping to create and update accounting processes and templates tailored to clients' needs
  • Collaborating with tax advisors to maintain compliance with UK tax regulations and assisting the UK team with VAT services
  • Communicating with external auditors to ensure smooth auditing processes
  • Performing any additional tasks assigned by the central accounting team's Team Leader

Application Criteria:

  • Chartered accountant - ideally 3-5 years post qualification experience
  • Process improvement/automation mindset
  • Willingness to get involved in the detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary £75,000 - £90,000
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working - 2/3 days in office per week
