Equifind are working with a fast‑growing, multi‑site hospitality group seeking an Interim Finance Manager to hit the ground running for an initial 6‑month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact assignment where you’ll step straight into the senior leadership team, bringing structure and insight to a scaling business. The business is looking for someone who can truly hit the ground running - taking ownership from day one while helping shape the finance function for the future.
What you’ll own:
- Ownership of monthly management accounts, board packs, and the full reporting cycle
- Cashflow management, treasury oversight, and working‑capital visibility
- Oversight of payroll, VAT, PAYE, and statutory compliance across the group
- Annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for new site openings
- Leading and developing a small, capable finance team
- Producing high‑quality board packs to support strategic decision‑making
About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven multi‑site experience (consumer or hospitality is advantageous)
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, founder‑led environments
- Strong commercial instincts with confident senior‑stakeholder presence
- Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with modern finance systems and AI tools
- Available to start immediately
Contract details:
- Day rate: £400–£500 per day (Inside IR35)
- 4 days per week in the office, plus excellent office perks
- Initial 6‑month contract
