Equifind is partnering with a high-growth European real estate developer at a key stage of its UK expansion. They’re looking to hire a driven Commercial Finance Analyst to help deliver high-quality insight, reporting and analysis that supports data-led decision-making across the business. The role sits within a small but high-impact team that acts as the key interface between the business and its private equity stakeholders, while also serving as a trusted partner to the CEO. The opportunity is made all the more compelling given the business is currently exploring a potential sale in the secondaries market. This is a fast-paced environment, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working under pressure, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The offices are based near Green Park, with four days per week required onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the FP&A team across financial analysis, reporting and planning activities
- Consolidate unit-level rental, opex and operational data from core systems to support insight and analysis
- Build, enhance and migrate reporting into the BI platform
- Create and maintain dashboards, with a focus on automating recurring reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycles
- Produce monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis and clear commentary
- Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making
- Partner closely with Operations, Asset Management and other stakeholders to understand key business drivers
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Pivot, complex formulas, modelling)
- Strong Power BI capability (dashboards, data visualisation, reporting)
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with large datasets
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data analysis
- Real estate experience (preferably residential)
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
