Equifind is partnering with a well-established Private Equity firm, based in Central London, with a strong track record across its investment portfolio and a reputation as a considered, disciplined investor in its sector. They are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on a hybrid basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, partnering across the business to shape and deliver the people agenda. This role would suit an HR Business Partner with a background in financial services, ideally Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or a related sector, who is comfortable operating at pace, managing complexity, and building trusted relationships with senior leaders. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to designated business areas, providing pragmatic, commercially-minded HR support Partner with senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair, consistent, and legally sound approach Support performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and talent calibration Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Reward, and L&D to ensure a joined-up people approach Contribute to broader HR projects and continuous improvement of policies and processes Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within financial services (PE, Asset Management, Investment Banking, or similar preferred) Strong generalist HR knowledge with hands-on experience across ER, performance, reward, and talent Highly competitive salary and discretionary bonus Hybrid working, Central London office
