Accounts Payable Manager
Equifind is assisting a global property investment group in hiring an Accounts Payable Manager for their London office. The role is based near Oxford Street station and requires on-site attendance 3-4 days per week.
This is a dynamic and multifaceted position, ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact across various financial and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of team (2 employees) including training, development, retention and recruitment.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Monitor and analyse accounts payable processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Work with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Facilitate accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar finance management role, ideally within a property-based business.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working with property management software (Yardi, Qube, MRI, TRAMPS, Coins etc.).
- Proven team management with ability to motivate people in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage large transaction volumes and complex reconciliations.
- Willingness to work 3-4 days a week in the office and adapt to the needs of the business.
