Equifind are excited to be partnering with a dynamic creative professional services firm in London, who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their growing finance function. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance and senior stakeholders, playing a key role as the business continues to grow.
You'll take ownership of the day-to-day and month-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy across reporting and controls, and giving the wider business clear, reliable financial insight. You'll also get exposure to technology-driven initiatives including AI-enabled finance projects - great experience for a finance professional building their career.
- Ownership of the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, deferrals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and oversight of an outsourced finance team, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness
- Oversight of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments
- Contributing to process improvement and AI-enabled finance initiatives
Part-qualified and actively studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMA
~3–5 years' hands-on experience in a finance role, ideally with exposure to management accounts and month-end
~ Comfortable owning reconciliations, journals and P&L review
~ A confident communicator who can hold their own with non-finance stakeholders
~ Experience in a creative, media or professional services environment is a bonus but not essential
Salary up to £40-45k, depending on experience
~ Study support to help you complete your qualification
~4 days in office, based in Central London
