Equifind is partnering exclusively with a private equity-backed SaaS business on an exciting period of growth and transformation to recruit a Quote-to-Cash Lead — a newly created leadership role at the heart of their scale-up journey. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash function, driving modernisation, automation and operational excellence across a high-growth, technology-led organisation.
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will own and transform the entire Q2C and O2C process — from contract management and billing through to collections, cash application and customer onboarding. You will be a key driver of cash conversion improvement, customer experience and the adoption of automation and AI across the function.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash process across the business
- Map, review and optimise all O2C workflows to improve controls, efficiency and customer outcomes
- Drive process standardisation and scalability to support ongoing growth and future acquisitions
- Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Success, Finance and Technology to ensure seamless integration
- Lead billing, collections, revenue operations and cash management
- Build KPI frameworks and reporting across the O2C lifecycle
- Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention
