Key duties and responsibilities for this payroll supervisor position include:
- Process weekly and monthly payrolls for employees across multiple hospitality locations across the UK
- Accurately calculate pay, overtime, bonuses, holiday pay, sick pay, statutory payments, and deductions
- Ensure payroll is completed within agreed deadlines and in accordance with company procedures
- Validate payroll data and investigate discrepancies before final submission
- Reconcile payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll records
- Review and process timesheets, attendance records, and labour data imported from Fourth
- Process pension enrolment and pension submissions
- Maintain payroll records in accordance with company policies
- Support payroll audits and provide relevant documentation as and when required
- Act as the first point of contact for any payroll-related queries
- Produce regular payroll reports for finance and senior management
- Assist with month-end payroll reconciliation
