This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking a broad, commercially focused role within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain exposure across financial reporting, business partnering, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
- Producing insightful financial analysis and management information to support business performance and investment decisions
- Partnering with asset management, property management, development and operational teams across the business
- Monitoring cash positions, preparing cash flow forecasts and managing funding requirements
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Preparing VAT returns and assisting with wider tax and compliance matters
- Coordinating year-end audits and acting as a key point of contact for external auditors and advisors
- Managing relationships with outsourced finance providers
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, controls and finance processes
