Equifind are representing a West End based, UK leading Private Equity firm who are looking to hire a Finance Operations Manager (Bookkeeper).

The Role:
The key responsibilities for this permanent Finance Operations Manager role for a West End based, UK leading Private Equity firm will be:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping (Excel) and multi-currency bank account reconciliation
- Oversee accounts payable (liaising with suppliers and our workshops), and sales invoices
- Prepare cash flow statements, monthly profit and loss statements, and other reports as requested
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and management reports
- Monitoring the group cash position.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Month-end accounting, including updating quarter-end working papers.
- Posting month-end journals (fixed assets, depreciation, prepayments, accruals).
- Recharges.
- Processing monthly payroll.
- Monitoring and reconciliation of the intercompany balances.
- Assisting with audit process for year-end.
- Ad-hoc projects.
Application Criteria:
- Professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent, or part-qualified with relevant experience)
- Experience in the Financial Services industry helpful but not required.
- Excellent Excel and data entry skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing environment
- Confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
Compensation:
The Finance Operations Manager working for this West End based, UK leading Private Equity firm, will be paid a competitive market-based salary.
