A growing hospitality business is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. This is a key role supporting senior leadership, driving financial performance, and providing insight across the business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will play a central role in delivering high-quality financial information and partnering with operational teams to support decision-making.
Responsibilities will include:
- Producing accurate and timely management accounts and financial reporting
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking
- Acting as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders
- Providing financial insight to support strategic initiatives and improve profitability
- Supporting month-end processes and ensuring robust financial controls
- Analysing key KPIs and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Contributing to continuous improvement of reporting and finance processes
