Role: The key responsibilities for the Human Resources Coordinator for the Insurance firm based in Liverpool Street will be: HR Operations Administration
- Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, responding to routine questions and escalating matters where appropriate.
- Monitor and maintain the HR inbox, trackers and shared HR records to support timely follow-up and strong team coordination.
- Prepare standard HR documentation, including employment letters, contract variation letters, references and leaver documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, organisation charts and HR files, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate document control.
- Support the wider HR team with meeting preparation, note taking and general HR administration.
