An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a leading financial services firm based in the City of London as a Benefits Payroll Advisor, supporting employees across the UK and Europe.
This is a highly visible role within a collaborative HR function, where you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding employee experience through the seamless administration of benefits, pensions and payroll.
Working closely with HR, Finance, technology teams and external providers, you will help ensure accurate, compliant and efficient payroll and benefits operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
This position is ideal for an experienced HR, payroll or benefits professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment where accuracy, attention to detail and service excellence are paramount.
You will take ownership of monthly payroll coordination, benefits administration, pension processes, data analysis and reconciliations, whilst acting as a trusted point of contact for employee queries.
