Equifax in Nottingham seeks a Senior End User Support Technician to deliver high-touch, tier 2 & 3 support from our Nottingham office five days a week.

You will mentor junior technicians, document issues, and translate feedback into actionable improvements.

You will oversee deployment and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, monitors, printers, and core IT infrastructure, while tackling complex escalations and driving knowledge management across global EUC teams.
