As the dedicated Supplier Manager, you will have the opportunity to drive successful and cost‑effective outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our partners meet the highest standards, including meticulously managing Equifax critical compliance and risk obligations.
What You’ll Do
- You will be responsible for the performance management of a number of Debt Collection suppliers, ensuring they deliver the right outcomes in the most cost effective way, and ensuring that TDX’s compliance and risk obligations are managed.
What Experience You Need
- Organisational – with multiple clients, internal customers and suppliers it is vital that the Supplier Manager possesses strong organisational skills.
- Operational Effectiveness – the ability to recognise opportunities for performance enhancement and negotiate the optimal performance delivery through effective insight and challenge to the suppliers.
- Influence – demonstrate healthy and productive influencing ability. Able to earn the respect and confidence of others (internally and externally). Can build constructive and effective relationships, have difficult conversations when required.
- Communication – able to foster open communication and candid discussions. Share information that helps others do their job well and keep others in the loop.
- Problem solving – the ability to identify and resolve problems and suggest mitigation.
- Prioritisation – can determine priorities for one’s own area of accountability. Ability to identify the right issues and risks; the ability to problem solve and the ability to recommend/identify and take preventative measures to avoid a repeat of the issue.
