Equifax is looking for a Conduct & Oversight Lead Auditor to work within our Conduct & Oversight department. The role involves delivering the oversight framework through detailed audit activity of debt collection agencies (DCAs). You will lead first line oversight of DCA practices, recognise and highlight risks through assurance activity, and ensure compliance with TDX, client and regulatory requirements. The goal is to deliver fair consumer outcomes through effective monitoring.

What you’ll do:
- Spend about 25% of time at supplier premises conducting annual, ad‑hoc supplier audits, calibrations, and training.
- Write audit reports, provide remediation, recommendations, and re‑measurement.
- Track agency performance and conduct trend analysis to continuously improve quality and consumer treatment.
- Write client reports, provide QA insights and trends.
- Conduct QA calibration sessions with suppliers.
- Support client performance meetings.
- Provide internal and client audit support.
- Manage internal stakeholder and external client expectations to ensure regulatory compliance and customer excellence standards.
- Collaborate with the Head of Conduct & Oversight to enhance agency oversight.
- Lead design, implementation and continuous review of oversight models with the Head of C&O.
- Write policy and process documents.
- Lead internal calibration and QA.
- Establish direct relationships with debt collection agencies and external clients.
What Experience You Need:
- Extensive experience in quality assurance, including stakeholder reporting and presenting remedial recommendations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
- Experience in a consumer‑oriented environment.
- Experience with face‑to‑face supplier relationships.
- Understanding of FCA's purpose and principles.
- Experience managing stakeholder requirements and expectations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft / G‑suite applications.
