As a Decisioning Product Director, you will lead the strategic vision, lifecycle, and market execution for our high-performance decisioning platforms and solutions. You will drive the development of next-generation automated decision engines, leveraging advanced analytics, unique data assets, and artificial intelligence to enable enterprise clients to evaluate risk, optimize workflows, and deliver real-time operational decisions with speed and accuracy. What experience you needProgressive product management experience leading enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, decisioning engines, risk orchestration tools, or credit risk technologies. Experience structuring, building, and scaling automated decision systems, rule engines, or complex workflow automation platforms. Proven track record in cloud-native product management (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and API-first architectural frameworks. Demonstrated experience driving product roadmaps from concept through commercial go-to-market execution. Deep understanding of regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks impacting automated decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
