What you’ll do
- Work with Users of all platforms to understand user needs and stay aware of new requirements and problems.

- Work with Product and Technology teams (local and global as required) to ensure users issues and needs are prioritised and resolved appropriately.
- Assess any impact from platform changes/upgrades.
- Design and implement new capabilities to the client facing Ignite platforms.
- Work with the D&A Governance team to ensure compliant use by Equifax users and external clients.
- Implement cost control monitoring for Ignite Internal; making and/or implementing recommendations.
- Design and document back up and recovery plans for all Ignite platforms.
What experience you need

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members and stakeholders at various levels of technical understanding.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships outside your immediate team.
What could set you apart
- Experience in the use of credit bureau data.
- Experience using Google Cloud Platform and/or Google Cloud Engineer qualifications.
- Experience of PySpark, BigQuery, Git and any/all of: DataFlow, DataProc, Airflow (or equivalents).
