The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
This role will support Business Incident Management across the UK business, ensuring incidents are identified and escalated appropriately, the right stakeholders are engaged, incidents are contained, recovered, and control improvements are delivered.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract
What you’ll do
- Conduct Business Incident Management across the UK business - including stakeholder management across all levels;
- Work collaboratively to oversee Business Incident Management across the UK business - linking in with key business stakeholders as required;
- Analysis of incidents to identify potential opportunities for improvement and to develop new controls and implement change;
- Produce regular and accurate reporting and MI to enable decision making around control improvements;
- Undertake regular RCA on business incidents, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Take an active role in the monthly Root Cause Analysis Forum;
- Deputise for the Head of Business Incidents and Controls when required.
What experience you need
- Working knowledge of incident management / loss events / ITSM processes and methodologies. Note: other risk / audit experience will be considered - such as complaints management
- Experience in understanding and applying risk management or controls / process improvement
- Experience operating in a regulated environment
