We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Non-Tech Accounting Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing key accounting areas, requiring a strong technical accounting background, exceptional research and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to analyze complex accounting issues, develop and implement solutions, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Experience managing a team is a plus.

What you\’ll do:

  • Manage the accounting and reporting for stock-based compensation, including assigning fair values, expense recognition, and related disclosures.
  • Oversee the accounting for the annual bonus plan, ensuring accurate accruals and comparison to payouts.
  • Manage the accounting for employee benefits-related accruals, including medical, 401k, and other benefits.
  • Oversee the accounting for pension plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
  • Research and resolve complex accounting issues, including the interpretation and application of US GAAP.
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting documentation.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

What you\’ll have:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Master\’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on technical accounting and complex issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP.
  • Proven ability to research and interpret accounting pronouncements.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
