Equiem is the world's leading tenant experience platform for commercial real estate - powering 1,000+ buildings across 25 countries for landlords like Blackstone, Brookfield, Nuveen, British Land and Canary Wharf Group.
We win through relationships, intelligence and being in the right rooms with the right people. Now we're building the dedicated field marketing capability to systematise that advantage - and we need the person to lead it.
This isn't a demand-gen job. It's a field marketing role for someone who understands how enterprise B2B deals are really won - through relationships, presence, and being known and trusted long before the RFP lands.
You'll own the field marketing motion across a defined list of named accounts in the EU, US and APAC - making Equiem known, liked and front of mind with buyers and influencers, and working shoulder to shoulder with sales to win and retain the deals that matter most. Your impact is measured in rooms entered, relationships built and deals influenced.
What You'll Do:
- Build deep intelligence on every named account - org structure, key buyers, renewal timelines, market signals
- Drive targeted outreach and build Equiem's reputation across the institutional CRE community
- Originate and run events - roundtables, dinners, trade shows - all traceable to named-account outcomes
- Provide hands-on field support for large new logo deals alongside AEs and CSMs
- Standardise field marketing planning, budgeting and reporting across every region
- Turn market intelligence (void rates, ownership changes, key hires) into action
What You Bring:
- 3–6 years in field marketing, ABM, or senior BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- A track record of building commercial relationships
- Confidence running events end-to-end - concept to on-site execution to follow-up
- Polish and gravitas to represent Equiem with senior institutional real estate buyers
- Strong written communication
- Fluency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools
- Comfort with travel and real in-person presence across markets
- Self-starter energy - initiative and creativity in how you execute
Nice to have: PropTech/CRE experience, an existing institutional real estate network, cross-market (EU/US/APAC) activation experience, familiarity with Clay or Gong.
Why Equiem?
- A global platform with real traction - 800+ buildings, marquee clients, a story that sells itself
- Your work sits at the centre of our growth strategy, not the edges
- Real autonomy in how you activate each market, backed by an experienced global marketing team
- Direct access to senior leadership and a clear mandate to execute
Benefits: 33 days holiday (inc. UK bank holidays) · AVIVA healthcare · Group Personal Pension Plan · Flexible remote working from London
