To audit invoices presented for payment and input data into the accounts payable system; and to ensure that checks and deposits are handled in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Validate and iterate on your design solutions through feedback sessions, usability lab testing, live testing.
  • Adapt product experiences to different audiences based on their needs and the devices they use.
  • Drive and create both web and mobile product concepts as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Create and facilitate an environment, process, and design system that supports consistent UX principles.
  • Continuously maintain a high awareness of market/competition UX design, and overall design of our unannounced product details.

Education & Experiences

  • Experience with using iterative prototyping and user testing to inform and refine interaction designs.
  • Experience in implementing brand guidelines.
  • Must be self-motivated, user experience oriented, and a strong team player.
  • Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant group compliance, operation standards, audit, and risk standards.
