Job Responsibilities:
- Validate and iterate on your design solutions through feedback sessions, usability lab testing, live testing.
- Adapt product experiences to different audiences based on their needs and the devices they use.
- Drive and create both web and mobile product concepts as part of a cross-functional team.
- Create and facilitate an environment, process, and design system that supports consistent UX principles.
- Continuously maintain a high awareness of market/competition UX design, and overall design of our unannounced product details.
Education & Experiences:
- Experience with using iterative prototyping and user testing to inform and refine interaction designs.
- Experience in implementing brand guidelines.
- Must be self-motivated, user experience oriented, and a strong team player.
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant group compliance, operation standards, audit, and risk standards.
