What You’ll Be Doing * Build strong, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders. * Provide expert guidance across attraction, selection, assessments, and compliance. * Write engaging job adverts, source top talent, and screen candidates. * Coordinate and conduct assessments/interviews, ensuring fairness and transparency. * Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines. * Ensure compliance with CAA regulations and GDPR requirements. * Support employer brand, attraction campaigns, and recruitment projects.
