Role Purpose
We’re looking for a hands‑on Enterprise Marketing Manager who can create standout communications, run high‑impact events, and deliver campaigns that resonate with senior stakeholders across major contractors and housebuilders. You’ll shape the stories, experiences and touchpoints that engage some of the biggest names in the industry, owning projects end‑to‑end and working at pace to drive real commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling written and visual content (emails, onboarding guides, adoption messages, newsletters) tailored to our Enterprise construction audience.
- Develop customer education materials, including webinars, product tips, help‑centre content and best‑practice guides.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to ensure messaging supports customer needs, adoption goals and recurring revenue targets.
- Support partner co‑marketing campaigns, including cobranded content, mailers, landing pages, social assets and event collateral.
- Build strong working relationships with partners to align on messaging and opportunities for joint activity.
- Lead on written content creation and collaborate with designers/agencies to deliver visually engaging assets.
- Support customer case study development, including interviews, story research, approvals and content production.
- Produce infographics, leaflets, short guides, and thought‑leadership pieces for customers.
- Own end‑to‑end event logistics, including planning, supplier management, briefing materials, and on‑site coordination.
- Develop event‑specific lead capture workflows and ensure smooth integration into CRM and follow‑up automations.
- Align events with campaign plans, customer objectives, and Enterprise Sales priorities.
- Report on event performance, ROI and pipeline contribution, using insights to improve future event strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of strong B2B marketing background, ideally in Enterprise or complex/long‑cycle sales environments.
- Track record of delivering integrated marketing programmes that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Proven experience creating written content for campaigns, customer comms or product updates.
- Hands‑on experience planning and executing events and field marketing activities.
- Confident managing relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and external partners.
- Competent with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., ClickDimensions, Dynamics, Lead Forensics).
- Experience in content creation and/or product marketing.
- Understanding of ABM programmes.
- Background in construction tech, ERP, SaaS, or equivalent B2B sectors.
