With a customer base exceeding 3,000 and experiencing rapid expansion, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise level Business Consultant to join our large successful consultancy team.
Position Summary:
To deliver consultancy services at customer sites / working remotely from home for projects, upgrades and adhoc work within the Enterprise Division. The software is mostly based on MS Business Central / MS Dynamics NAV and has to be delivered to a defined timescale and to a professional standard following the Surestep methodology.
Major Responsibilities
·To conduct all elements of consultancy services associated to the implementation process including analysis, configuration, data migration, workshops, training and go live support for Eque2 Enterprise customers.
·To produce analysis reports and all project documentation within the defined implementation delivery process following the Surestep Methodology.
·To check the quality of the customer supplied data as part of data migration work.
·To deliver product training courses and documentation.
·To specify any required system changes.
·To test software system changes/customisations.
·To help manage the transfer of the system to support and produce the required documentation.
·To provide advice and guidance to the customers as required.
·To provide additional adhoc consultancy services as required including training and UAT support associated to Upgrades.
·To liaise with customers to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
·Ensure that customer expectations are managed
·To work closely with the assigned Project Manager where applicable on larger scale projects to ensure delivery of successful implementations
Qualifications
Driving Licence
Experience / Skills / Knowledge
MS Office – intermediate/advanced Excel
Knowledge of Finance and accounting within Construction and related Industries
Knowledge of Housebuild advantageous
Experience with Large software project implementations
IT experience
Good communicator up to Director level in large business
Familiar with software development life cycle
Ability to maintain calm under pressure
Ability to build effective working relationships both within the consultancy Team, wider Eque2 Group and with our customers.
Previous experience of having worked within a Professional Services Environment contributing to revenue stream
Experience of having managed client relationships
Experience with software implementation and business change methodologies
Ability to travel to any customer site in the UK
Some knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be an advantage
Knowledge of IT hardware & software & data migration
Some experience of using Rapidstart would be of benefit
