We’re looking for a Head of Project Management, based in our Glasgow office, to lead our delivery management discipline and set the standard for how projects are run at Equator .
You’ll be the driving force behind our project management team, building capability, creating clarity, and ensuring our work lands on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
This role isn’t just about process. It’s about leadership, quality, and impact. You’ll:

What we’re looking for You’re a recognised leader in project management, structured, commercial, and confident under pressure. You inspire your team, build strong client partnerships, and know how to balance delivery quality with commercial success. Experience in an agency or consultancy environment would be beneficial.
