Hi! We are Equativ! Equativ is an AdTech leader created in 2001 on the belief that we can disrupt the online advertising industry. Headquartered in the heart of Paris and with offices in 19 countries, Equativ provides cutting-edge technologies that help hundreds of prestigious customers take back control and maximize their digital revenues with a flexible and transparent audience monetization platform.
Equativ is looking for a proactive and strategic RFP & Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Enablement team. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our demand-side success across the EMEA and APAC regions. You won't just be managing documents; you will be a key partner to our Sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the most persuasive, accurate, and high-impact proposals in the market.
Your mission:
- Strategic RFP Ownership for EMEA & APAC: Manage the end-to-end proposal process for global demand-side opportunities (Agencies, Brands, Trading Desks). Synthesize complex technical information into clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned narratives.
- Proactive Collateral: Identify "gaps" in our sales materials based on recurring RFP themes and work with Sales Enablement & Product Marketing to create new one-pagers and decks. Develop "best-in-class" response templates for Equativ Demand offerings.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the sales team during the discovery phase of a pitch.
- Analyze RFP win/loss data to identify trends: Are we losing on pricing? Feature gaps? Sustainability requirements?
- Provide regular briefings to the sales team on how to talk about new product releases.
Your Background:
- Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong affinity for tech and media.
- Experience: A first successful experience (6+ months) within the Ad Tech ecosystem, a media agency, or a brand’s digital department.
- Industry Fluency: You have a solid grasp of the online advertising landscape and are eager to master the nuances of programmatic technology.
- Languages: Native-level fluency in both English and French is essential, as you will be drafting high-stakes proposals for a global market.
Your Core Strengths:
- The Strategic Writer: You don’t just "fill out forms." You translate complex technical specs into compelling value propositions that resonate with everyone from a junior Media Buyer to a seasoned CTO.
- The Process Architect: You are a natural optimizer. You’d rather spend an hour building an automated workflow or a reusable template than ten hours doing manual data entry.
- The Analytical Thinker: You possess strong Excel skills and a data-driven mindset, allowing you to spot market trends, identify "red flags" in RFPs, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Soft Skills:
- High-Stakes Communication: You are as comfortable presenting to internal leadership as you are drafting a global RFI.
- Agility: You thrive in fast-paced environments and remain composed under the pressure of tight submission deadlines.
- Curiosity: You have a genuine passion for MarTech/AdTech and stay ahead of the curve on industry wording, privacy regulations, and emerging constraints.
- Collaborative Spirit: You are a team player who knows how to "manage up" to gather information from various departments (Product, Data, Sales).
