A well-established and growing Recruitment Agency based in Southampton is looking to recruit an experienced White Collar Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The company has built an excellent reputation within the construction market and offers a supportive environment, strong leadership and genuine progression opportunities. Due to continued growth, they are looking to speak with experienced consultants at Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant or Team Leader level. Candidates with experience recruiting within Main Contracting, Residential or Civil Engineering markets will all be considered.

The Role:

  • Managing and growing a white collar construction recruitment desk
  • Building long-term relationships with construction clients and candidates
  • Business development and account management
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
  • Mentoring junior consultants where applicable
  • Working towards individual and team revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a Recruitment Agency environment
  • Experience recruiting white collar construction roles
  • Background within Main Contracting, Residential or Civil Engineering recruitment preferred
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Driven, ambitious and commercially minded
  • Team leadership experience beneficial for Team Leader level candidates
