The Role

As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you will play a key role in supporting a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are managed efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing commercial insurance renewals
  • Processing mid-term adjustments and policy changes
  • Handling client enquiries and providing professional advice
  • Liaising with insurers to obtain quotations and negotiate terms

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience within insurance
  • Experience as an Account Handler, Insurance Account Manager or in a similar insurance role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using Acturis would be advantageous, although not essential
