The Role: Where Training Meets Real-World Performance

As a Sales Enablement Executive – Sales Trainer, you will work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) during the most critical stage of their journey, their final week in the Sales Academy.

  • Create, lead and evaluate high-impact sales roleplays
  • Support delegates as they make their first live dials
  • Provide real-time, in-person performance feedback
  • Train SDRs on customer sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce and wider prospecting tools)
  • Help customers implement outbound processes that accelerate ramp-up
  • Deliver progress updates to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support the development of high-quality training materials

You’ll be working across multiple customers at once, synthesising different sales methodologies and adapting them seamlessly. This is where your CRM knowledge and sales expertise truly add value.

Must-Haves for Sales Enablement Executive – Sales Trainer

  • 1+ year of successful outbound sales experience (Tech/SaaS preferred)
  • Strong CRM proficiency (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
